JA Spain Announces Smart Bin As the National Winners

Over 3,100 teenagers participated, presenting their projects to expert judges.

Winners include first place, Smart Bin from Hermanos Maristas Sagrada Familia School, an intelligent waste sorting system.

Second place, Cajón fruticolor from the same school, detecting ethylene gas in produce drawers, and third place Ecoasis Camp from IES Martina Bescós, a sustainable campsite with solar energy and water consumption regulation.
